01 Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the Rummy Slots platform — whether to browse games, read odds or log into your account — constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance is automatic from the moment you use the platform in any capacity. You cannot accept these terms on behalf of another person, and you cannot transfer your account or your acceptance to anyone else.

These terms are the complete agreement between you and Rummy Slots for use of the platform. Any earlier terms, promotional communications or verbal representations that conflict with this document are superseded by what is written here. If a specific promotion or bonus carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to — not instead of — this document.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Rummy Slots you must meet all of the following conditions:

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to complete verification your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be held pending review. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Management

Each person may hold only one active account on the Rummy Slots platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, any bonuses will be voided and any winnings generated using bonus funds across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. This means choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone and logging out from shared or public devices. Rummy Slots will never send you an email, message or call asking for your password. If you receive such a request from anyone claiming to be us, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

You must keep your contact details current. If your registered mobile number or email address changes, update your account immediately. We use these to send security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and important account notices. Missing a security alert because of an outdated contact is your responsibility.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Rummy Slots platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

We reserve the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within standard processing windows. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. We do not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawal timelines may be extended if your account is under review for verification, bonus compliance or security reasons.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Rummy Slots offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and event-linked betting promotions. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered abuse.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. Real money is used first when you play; bonus funds are used once your real money balance reaches zero.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated at the point of claiming. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully completed.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to wagering, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• Sports betting bonuses may carry minimum odds requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements for that bonus.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including removing a bonus from your account if we determine it was claimed in error or through abuse.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Rummy Slots — whether on Cricket, PSL matches, Football, Esports or any casino game — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except in circumstances where a specific game or market offers a cash-out feature, in which case the cash-out rules of that market apply.

For sports betting, including Pakistan Super League and international Cricket markets:

• Odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds your bet is settled at, regardless of subsequent odds movement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds and may be suspended without notice during stoppages, weather delays or technical issues.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets are settled according to the specific sport's void rules displayed in the betting section.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds figure is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — may be voided. We will notify you if a bet is voided and your stake will be returned.
• Accumulator bets: if one selection is voided, the accumulator reverts to the next lower number of selections.

For casino games including slots, live dealer tables and crash games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by the actions of a live dealer in a controlled studio environment.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, bets already placed will be settled according to the game's outcome. You can check results in your transaction history.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rummy Slots platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or exploit the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.

11 Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
